Indian Island Riverhead

We took a drive out to Riverhead today and stopped at the Suffolk County Park of Indian Island.
The lighting and clouds brought out the autumn colors. Winter will begin in just a few days.

    brings back memories to me traveling around Long Island. If I saw a scene like this myself, I would have grabbed my own camera and took that pic. too.
