My most favorite photo of my father, taken in the 1940s. My parents owned a store in Brooklyn, where I grew up. Isn't he good looking? He loved those little Italian cigars! ~~~ He died in 1994 and I still miss him.....
It's a great portrait! My Dad was born and raised in Canarsie, Brooklyn (me born there, raised on L.I.) and died in 1999 at 87. I miss him too, prolly always will.
