Happy Birthday, Daddy!
I wish I could say it to him in person. He died in 1994.
Born in 1908, he would have been 98 years old today.
This is my most favorite photo of him, in the store, where I guess he was the most comfortable.
He loved the store and he loved us, his children.
So, happy birthday daddy, and know that we are thinking of you today.

This is a great picture... My father died a year ago just three weeks before his Nov 5th birthday. I wanted to do a birthday post this year. I couldn't. Too painful. I'm glad you were able to do one for your dad...
BTW, I'm a big fan of your blog. Your pictures are beautiful.
