Lots of boat traffic on the river in hot weather. My husband and I usually stay off the water when it's this busy and wait until the weekdays when it's less hectic.
The boat traffic on Sundays during the summer in the 1960s in Seaford Harbor was something else. We once went into what I think was named the Woodcleft canal in Freeport. This canal was not particulaly wide.The boats going up and down created huge swells. This was the worse piece of boat traffic that I ever was in.
