The leaves are just beginning to turn in the city, always a little later than on Long Island.
I was in central park by chance in the spring of 1969 when a film crew came down to do a scene on the movie ON A CLEAR DAY with Barbara Streisand. I was not far from the Panavision camera and the scene is in the film. The colors of her outfit and her surroundings were quite accurate on the film.I also took an almost great photo of that cobblestone bridge. The picture slightly came out of focus, but using a Werra camera with a Jena lens that looked like but was not a rangefinder unit was something with my knowledge of photography at that time I was able to use rather successfully.
